Everyone fears confrontation in some way or another; however some of us are unfortunate enough to experience it at greater lengths than others. This can have a knock-on effect through our confidence and beliefs, which in turn can affect our day to day lives.
This session has been designed to help you conquer your fear of confrontation, and to enable you to stand up for yourself and what you believe in. Reading this information shows you have already taken the first step towards conquering your fear, as you are preparing yourself to tackle your it head on with this download.
There are a number of reasons that may hold us back and make us feel anxious about confrontation. This could be anything from a trip to the doctors, to a meeting in the workplace, or even checking the balance of your bank account!
For some people, confrontation is just a mild anxiety issue. However for others it can be a serious cause for concern as confrontation has a wide range of connotations to it. Unlike other fears, if you do stand up and speak out and it results in confrontation, things could get physical. Therefore it is in our best interest to help you to overcome your fear of confrontation with your safety in mind.
Having a fear can stop you enjoying your life to its full potential, and having a fear of confrontation in specific can you stop you from reaching your full potential as a person. This may be in the form of not having the confidence to do well in your job role, or may be in the form of always shying away from someone that you would like to get to know a little more. Either way, this fear should not run your life for you and depict what decisions you make and when. You should be able to confront your fears and do what you feel is best.
Together, we are going to work with your subconscious mind to give you the motivation and the willpower to overcome your fear. As this is a hypnosis session, the first part will be allowing your mind and body to enter a state that is receptive to suggestion and encouragement. This will allow you to relax and be open to enhancing the confidence you have in yourself and your ability to engage with others in a way that is non-threatening yet assertive in every way.
